Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Metrivv Systems Inc. ("Metrivv") services, marketing websites, or self-hosted n8n automation instances, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our platform.

2. Services & Automation SLAs

Metrivv provides self-hosted n8n workflow engineering, CRM webhook integration, speed-to-lead telecommunication triggers, and customer retention systems for pest control and home service businesses.

• Service Levels: We target 99.9% uptime for core n8n automation execution engines.
• Telephony & SMS: Clients are responsible for maintaining valid TCPA compliance and obtaining proper homeowner consent for automated text messages.

3. Client Responsibilities & CRM Access

To enable workflow triggers, clients must provide valid API keys, OAuth credentials, or webhook URLs for their primary CRM systems (PestPac, FieldRoutes, QuoteIQ, etc.). Metrivv will store these credentials securely using encrypted storage.

4. Intellectual Property & Workflow Ownership

Custom n8n workflows, node blueprints, and automation scripts deployed to Metrivv's self-hosted n8n instance on the client's behalf become the non-exclusive property of the client upon receipt of subscription payment.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly subscription agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client workflow configurations remain available for export.
